What it actually does
Drag-and-drop calendar
Reschedule an appointment by dragging it to a new slot. The system checks dentist availability, chair availability, and conflicts automatically.
Colour-coded chairs and dentists
See your full day at a glance — which chair, which dentist, which treatment type — without squinting at a wall of text.
Conflict prevention
Double-booking a dentist or a chair isn't possible. The system warns before you commit.
Treatment-aware slot lengths
A routine cleaning isn't the same as a root canal. Slot durations adjust to the treatment so your day stops at 6pm instead of 7:30.
Front-desk waiting list
When a cancellation comes in, fill the empty slot from a queue of patients who said 'call me if anything earlier opens up.'
