What it actually does
Real-time stock levels
Every consumable used in an encounter automatically deducts from stock. The shelf count and the system count agree.
Automated reorder alerts
Set a reorder threshold per item. When stock falls below it, you get a notification — not a surprise at the chair.
Supplier & purchase orders
Track suppliers, contact details, pricing history, and outstanding POs. Plan orders around invoice cycles.
Expiry tracking
Track expiry dates on items that have them. First-in, first-out becomes automatic instead of a habit you have to remember.
Branch-level inventory
Each branch has its own stock. See group-level totals when you need them. Transfer items between branches with a paper trail.
